থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিস রিসেলিং
তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলির রিসেলার হিসাবে, আমরা সেই পরিষেবাগুলির গুণমান বা কার্যকারিতার জন্য দায়ী নই। আপনি স্বীকার করেন যে আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই।

ডোমেইন নাম (.COM, .NET, .ORG, বা অন্য কোন TLD), SSL সার্টিফিকেট, ডোমেন ট্রান্সফার ফি, ডোমেন ট্রান্সফার আউট ফি, বা অন্যান্য কোম্পানীর মাধ্যমে র্যানোকোডার দ্বারা প্রদত্ত অন্য কোন পণ্য বা পরিষেবার জন্য অর্থ ফেরত পাওয়া যায় না।
কোনো অবস্থাতেই ক্লাউড সার্ভারের জন্য কোনো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না। আমরা ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট পরিষেবা এবং সাইবারপ্যানেল হোস্টিংয়ের জন্য ৫০% ফেরত দিতে পারি।
আমাদের গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহারের নীতি লঙ্ঘনের কারণে বা আমাদের শর্তাবলীর অন্য কোনো শর্ত লঙ্ঘনের কারণে যদি আমরা আপনার হোস্টিং বা অন্যান্য পরিষেবাগুলি বন্ধ করে দেই, তবে তাতে প্রদত্ত ব্যতীত কোনো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না। এটি আপনার আইনগত অধিকার প্রভাবিত করে না।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে ক্রেডিট ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না এটি শুধুমাত্র নতুন সার্ভিস কিংবা রিনিউয়ের ক্ষেত্রেই ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
সেটআপ ফি অফেরতযোগ্য।
র্যানোকোডারে প্রেরিত যে কোনও অর্থ যা বকেয়া পরিমাণের চেয়ে বেশি তা কেবল ক্রেডিট হিসাবে পরিশোধ করা যেতে পারে এবং ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
টার্মিনেশন
আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবাগুলিতে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস যে কোনও সময় এবং যে কোনও কারণে, পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি বা দায় ছাড়াই বন্ধ করে দিতে পারি।
সরকারি আইন

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, or any other TLD), SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer In fees, Domain Transfer Out fees, or any other products or services provided by ranocoder through other companies.
No refunds are provided for Cloud servers under any circumstances. We can offer a refund of 50% for web development services and CyberPanel hosting.
No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
Setup fees are non-refundable.
Any funds sent to ranocoder that are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credit and cannot be refunded.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our website and services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and ranocoder regarding the use of our website and services.
